Frances invents the jewelry. Her background in Sociology gave her the perfect basis for jewelry design. Well, not exactly, but her constant desire to do things a little differently has powered her through the development of Colored Concrete Jewelry. The line is always fresh because she's always trying things that people tell her shouldn't be done. In her mind the wheel could always use a bit of reinventing.
John keeps the many wheels rolling in the right direction — the computer computes, the production schedule produces, and all the ducks are in a row. John also oversees the postcards and the website that keep everyone up to date on activities at the World Headquarters of Smersh Design Jewelry. He is the keeper of the vibe and the maintainer of the structure.
